Nikki Hudson is a parent, leader, and ally who has demonstrated a steadfast commitment over the past eight year to moving us forward together. Through her leadership on the Worthington School Board, Nikki has supported:
policies that ensure more equitable experiences and outcomes for all students,
increased resources to address mental health, and
a culture of learning where all students can academically, socially, and emotionally thrive.
As an active volunteer in her daughters’ schools, Nikki has remained in touch with opportunities and challenges facing our district. As an attorney who has practiced law for over 25 year in both national law firms and multinational corporations, she has brought a rational and action-oriented skill set to the Worthington School Board.
In her role as a member of the Worthington School Board, Nikki has demonstrated that she is a vocal leader who:
views matters holistically,
considers various perspectives,
acts proactively,
and makes informed, educated decisions.
